Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our team at Olleco. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of installation and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the team's installation, engineering, and maintenance strategy to meet business objectives.
- Manage and support a team of engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the assets team to provide planned and reactive maintenance support to customers across the UK.
- Install and upgrade Olleco systems throughout the UK, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Attend breakdowns and maintenance activities throughout the UK, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
- Develop and implement a strong preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
- Hands-on experience working in an engineering, maintenance, or reliability department.
- Electrical or EC&I qualifications, including 7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and ideally 2391 Inspection and Testing.
- Time-served apprenticeship, HND, HNC, or equivalent qualification.
- Health and safety-related qualification with IOSH.
