At Adecco, we are dedicated to leading innovation in traffic management solutions. Our team is seeking a talented Electrical Assembly Specialist to enhance our manufacturing capabilities within our Operations Manufacturing Cell.

Your Role:
As an Electrical Assembly Specialist, you will be integral in ensuring our products uphold the highest standards of quality and performance. Your expertise in manufacturing processes will be vital in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess common components and materials.
  • Utilize, maintain, and care for all tools and equipment within the Cell.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant Operations documentation related to the manufacturing or assembly of products.
  • Apply the correct methods for mechanical fixings and their torque specifications.
  • Execute mechanical assembly tasks, making necessary adjustments to sub-assemblies and equipment using appropriate jigs and fixtures.
  • Perform cable terminations or point-to-point wiring for various assemblies and equipment.
  • Conduct self-inspections of your work to ensure compliance with established standards.

Experience:
Previous experience in an assembly role, particularly in electrical wiring, is advantageous.

Skills:
Demonstrated ability in specialized mechanical assembly operations, testing, and troubleshooting.

Collaboration:
Capacity to effectively plan and coordinate tasks with team members.

Ability to oversee the availability of components, tools, and machinery for uninterrupted production.
