Facilities Maintenance Specialist - Role Overview:

In the capacity of the onsite Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be tasked with executing planned, preventative, and responsive maintenance on the machinery, equipment, buildings, and overall facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct PPM inspections on machinery and equipment according to the CMMS schedule.
  • Uphold the high standards of the site’s appearance and environment while performing general maintenance across all facility aspects.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed in a safe and organized manner, adhering to the company's policies.
  • Possess training and experience in basic electrical skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of contemporary maintenance philosophies (TPM, PPM, RCM).
  • Exhibit practical skills in identifying and troubleshooting issues from electrical/mechanical schematics or PLC systems.
  • Hold academic qualifications such as BTEC National, BTEC Higher, or equivalent.
