About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Merchandising Manager to join our UK-based team at Spreetail. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us attract new brands and drive market share growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Daily Marketing Success: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting Spreetail's market share growth and brand performance.
  • Performance Management Support: Generate regular reports using Excel, Hubspot, and PowerBi to analyze KPI performance and provide insights to the management team.
  • Key Player Review: Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, recommend replenishment actions, and ensure high accuracy and timeliness with orders.
  • Relationship Builder: Build strong relationships and trust with brands, driving business growth and development.
  • Discover, Research & Connect: Research new brands, identify key contacts, and schedule meetings to expand our business development pipeline.
What We're Looking For
  • University Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with brands and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a focus on achieving goals.
