Assistant Building Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Building Manager to work on a prestigious development in Bristol. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Address complaints promptly and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Hold meetings with stakeholders, including residents, RMC/RTM, clients, and contractors.
  • Oversee budget management, cost control, and set service charges. Present financial reports.
  • Manage and train onsite team members, conduct performance reviews, and ensure team effectiveness.
  • Supervise external contractors, issue work orders, and ensure high-quality work within budget constraints.
  • Perform risk assessments, routine testing, and health & safety checks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities and relationship-building capabilities.
