Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-level HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Hire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading both the People and Talent functions, driving business growth, and shaping our company culture.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Hire, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Leading the People and Talent functions, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Collaborating with our leadership team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Championing our company culture and values, and ensuring they are embedded throughout the organization
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to our leadership team and employees

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a scaling startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, particularly in the UK and US territories
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
