We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People Operations to join our team at YOOBIC. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for leading all initiatives related to our people, including culture, talent acquisition, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all People Operations and Partnering initiatives and activities globally, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our company goals.
  • Work closely with our Talent Partner to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, driving the recruitment of top talent to support our business growth.
  • Manage all Office Management and Employee Experience activities, including IT support, to ensure a productive and engaging work environment.
  • Develop and implement performance management programs, ensuring all employees and managers are aware of career development opportunities and are equipped to drive business results.
  • Manage budgets for third-party suppliers, ensuring cost-effective solutions that support our business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions, leveraging data analytics and reporting to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading People Operations teams, with a strong track record of driving business results through talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with budget management and cost control, with a focus on delivering value to the business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
