We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting and Events Assistant Program Manager to join our team at JLL. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead onsite meeting and events teams to deliver high-quality events.
  • Coordinate with event stakeholders and partner teams to ensure successful event execution.

  • Coordinate employee experience activations and events to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure efficient and effective coordination of out-of-hours meetings and events.
  • Coordinate service support from Facilities, Janitorial, and Security Teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Operational oversight of the region, aligning with Program Manager to implement global or regional practices and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and standards for all meeting and event activities.
  • Liaise with Amazon Global Events Services teams for on-site meetings and events that cannot be accommodated.
  • Lead site visits, planning meetings, and final details meetings with Amazon customer and supporting vendor partners.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a high-profile corporate environment.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack.
