Role Summary

We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity to join our team during this exciting growth phase. The Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the Buying team with various administrative tasks that streamline the product flow into the organization, particularly focusing on wholesale and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Senior Wholesale Coordinator.
  • Manage the critical path and communicate with suppliers to address any issues or modifications.
  • Generate Purchase Order numbers and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Maintain data accuracy for all wholesale and US Purchase Orders as directed by the supply chain to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the handover of samples for wholesale and US ranges for photography in accordance with the critical path.
  • Coordinate the transfer of samples between the Buying team and the US wholesale team to ensure timely delivery to account managers.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging trends to monitor competitor activities and compile weekly reports.
  • Perform additional duties to support the broader Buying team as needed, including covering for other Administrative Support Specialists during absences.
