Key Responsibilities:
* Credit control: effectively managing outstanding payments
* Bank and cash reconciliations: ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Processing invoices, credit notes, coding, and matching to the system: maintaining a high level of precision
* EDI Invoicing: streamlining our invoicing process
* Liaising with internal teams and customers regarding invoice queries: providing excellent communication
* Allocating and processing payments: ensuring timely and accurate payments
* Ad hoc finance administration: supporting the finance team with various tasks
* Processing purchase ledger and sales ledger documents: maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the preparation for audits: ensuring compliance and accuracy
Requirements:
* Team player: collaborating effectively with colleagues
* Attention to detail: maintaining high accuracy in financial tasks
* Friendly approach: providing excellent customer service
* Excellent communication skills: effectively communicating with internal teams and customers
* Experience working in a finance or accounting role: applying relevant skills and knowledge
* Ability to commute to offices on a daily basis: ensuring reliable attendance
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and Sage 50 Accounts: utilizing software efficiently
