We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dining Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining services at a luxury boutique hotel in Alfriston. This role includes:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high-performing dining team and ensure exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate dining events and special occasions, including weddings and corporate functions.
- Maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development and growth.
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
