We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our esteemed client, a leading provider of exceptional care services in the UK.

Role Overview

As a Nurse Deputy Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of high-quality care within a residential care setting. You will work closely with the Home Manager to implement policies, maintain standards, and foster a positive and supportive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care professionals, promoting teamwork and excellence in resident care.
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centered care that meets individual needs and promotes independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the home.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and support.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting, ideally within a residential care environment.
  • A strong understanding of care planning principles and best practices for elderly and vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
