About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Search Consultancy LTD. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take leadership of the care team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Create and monitor care plans to ensure the individual needs of our residents are met.
  • Support the Home Manager with daily operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Work closely with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Comply with all relevant standards and procedures, including those set by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
Requirements
  • Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN.
  • SVQ4 in Leadership and Management is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of creating strong working relationships with team members.
  • Knowledge of care home operations and the expectations of regulatory standards.
