Nurse Deputy Home Manager

Job Summary:
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care home management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire the Team: Lead and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality care and services that promote choice and independence for our residents.
- Quality and Clinical Governance: Ensure that all company policies, regulations, and care plans are adhered to, and that quality and clinical governance programs are implemented and maintained.
- Deputise in Management: Deputise in the overall management of the care home, including production of reports, budgets, and quality of life monitoring.
- Health and Safety: Take responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents, and visitors to the home.
- Training and Development: Ensure that the team attends training days and courses to maintain learning records and develop individual skills.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately, and rotas are in place to enable the smooth and efficient running of the home.
- Skills: Experienced in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services. Able to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code.
- Qualifications: Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
