About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to businesses and individuals on employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting senior associates and partners on cases, while managing own matters under supervision
  • Delivering commercial advice to businesses and individuals on employment law matters
  • Handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
  • Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, and policies and procedures
  • Assisting on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, List of Issues, and correspondence with the Tribunal
Requirements
  • Strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree classification
  • Ability to manage own caseload and assist others in the Employment team
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
