The Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Corporate Services and Procurement to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with DCC, where you'll be part of our Procurement transformation. Our Procurement team is split into two categories: Technology and Corporate Services. As Head of Corporate Services and Procurement, you'll be responsible for Category Management and Sourcing for your respective area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with C-Suite executives to develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for all Corporate Services 3rd party spend.
  • Provide thought leadership on sourcing models to meet the different needs of the business, from catalogue and auctions to complex multi-year transformational Procurement activity.
  • Develop and implement Corporate Services (Professional Services, Facilities Management, Marketing, Logistics, Outsourcing) related category strategies that are fully aligned with the business to maximize value for money.
  • Lead and develop a Corporate Services Procurement team of 8, transforming it into an outstanding team.
  • Understand and navigate regulated and non-regulated procurement environments.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, incorporating key commercial and contractual requirements.
  • Represent the commercial capability of DCC.

Requirements

  • Significant Sourcing experience with a proven track record of savings delivery and Category Management experience in the Corporate Services domain.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities, particularly in supply market research, spend analysis, business requirements analysis, and bidder response evaluation.
  • Excellent line management experience, focusing on People development.
