Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and engaging with top talent, and driving business growth through effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- SOURCE, SCREEN, AND ENGAGE WITH CANDIDATES, BOOKING THEM IN FOR INTERVIEWS WITH CLIENTS AND MAKING OFFERS OF EMPLOYMENT.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the finance industry and recruitment market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
