Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify suitable candidates for our clients.
- Work closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure candidates receive exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
- Arrange calls and meetings with candidates to gather information about their career goals and aspirations.
- Register candidates who wish to be assisted in finding a new role onto our CRM system.
- Develop and publish job advertisements on our website, job boards, and other relevant platforms.
Person Requirements:
- Ability to undertake a significant number of telephone and video calls.
- Proficiency in using email and CRM systems.
- Experience with mailing software, job posting, web, and blog posting is advantageous.
