Our multi-company group provides quality, value for money maintenance, compliance, and retrofit services across the south west, south east, and midlands.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective supervision of all responsive repairs works in your allocated area.
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and DLO to ensure KPIs are met.
- Support other departments such as voids when required.
- Support on a rota basis the out-of-hours (OOH) supervisor call-out.
- Create and deliver learning opportunities for your team through effective talent management and career and succession planning.
- Provide support and advice on all works-related matters.
- Plan, allocate, and evaluate team and individual workload, providing additional resources where necessary & supporting all Line Managers.
- Attend any ad-hoc inspections.
- Support in the resolution of complaints.
- Report on and support any H&S incidents that occur.
