About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Southeast covering Kent and Essex on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained to the highest standard of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Carry out planned and reactive tasks on a wide variety of surfaces, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works.
  • Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or in a customer-facing role.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Cleaning requirements.
  • A full UK driving licence.
