About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Manager to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of resource plans that drive sustainable and operational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long- and short-term resource plans to support the delivery of our operations and field-based engineers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to create and refine resource plans.
  • Lead and develop a growing planning team, ensuring they excel in performance and quality of work.
  • Monitor performance metrics and maximize productivity to meet company objectives.
  • Flex resource and capacity to meet demands, guiding the business on engineer recruitment based on capacity demands.
  • Own and refine existing reporting and data production processes, analyzing trends to forecast long-term capacity requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent team management skills, with experience in resource and scheduling planning, capacity setting, and engineer optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make important business and strategic decisions.
  • Effective communicator, with the ability to communicate with fellow team members and managers.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to handle a diverse workload and prioritize demands.
  • IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
