Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Gym as an Ambassador: Promote Everlast Gyms as a leader in the fitness industry, embodying our values and mission.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate our elevated standards of service, sales, and operations, and support the team in achieving their goals.
  • Drive Sales and Retention: Focus on acquiring new members and retaining existing ones, growing our live member base and driving revenue growth.
  • Activity Planning and Execution: Own the planning and execution of gym activities, ensuring they are well-organized, engaging, and meet our high standards.
  • Lead Generation and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation, both internally and externally, to drive business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the team, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Revenue Growth and Profitability: Drive revenue growth across all sales channels, including membership sales, product sales, and secondary revenue streams, to achieve profitability targets.
  • Monthly Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver regular sales presentations to the management team, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Local Partnerships and Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, identifying opportunities for partnerships and growth.
  • Membership Opportunities and Development: Develop and promote membership opportunities, including new and existing programs, to drive growth and retention.
  • Leadership and Feedback: Lead by example, providing honest and constructive feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
