Job Description

As a key member of the DPDgroup team, you will be responsible for proactively managing an existing customer base, focusing on customer retention and growth. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty to our company and driving revenue through sales and high-level service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account plans to support revenue targets and customer growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, using various communication methods to ensure timely and effective engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure long-term account retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and service strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications, with experience in Salesforce a plus.
