{"About the Role": "Talent84 LTD is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Commercial Department, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of spares & parts ordering, as well as playing an active role in tendering.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish lines of communication with customers or commercial advisors to clarify requirements.
* Calculate estimated works cost based on price lists, estimates, or previous cost performance.
* Apply established rules for pricing associated with spares tenders.
* Liaise with Sales Team colleagues to determine prices for quotations.
* Seek approval to quote when the quotation value exceeds limits of authority.
* Create sales quotations within the ERP system.
* Maintain the integrity of information within the ERP system.
* Review terms & conditions of contracts with the assistance of other members of the Bid & Sales Teams.
* Convert sales quotations to customer orders within the ERP system.
* Monitor customer orders during the life of the contract and liaise with customers on contract amendments, costs, and implications.
* Comply with departmental / company procedures while tendering and processing orders.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must possess demonstrable experience gained in a supply chain based role that includes the use of ERP systems, with direct experience of parts & spares ordering for an engineering environment.

Preferred candidates will have a technical background, such as a recognised engineering qualification (time-served/HNC+).

Key Selection Criteria:

* A recognised engineering qualification (time-served/HNC+).
* Experience gained working in a supply chain/production planning position in an engineering environment.
* An appreciation of commercial terms and conditions of business.
* Knowledge of export licence control.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
* Flexible attitude with the willingness to take on new tasks.
* High standard of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a good team player.

Requirements:

* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to operate the ERP system.
