Domestic Abuse Support Specialist

Black Country Women's Aid is a leading charity providing support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Domestic Abuse Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to victims of domestic abuse
- Assess risk and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients
- Work in partnership with other agencies to provide comprehensive support services
- Deliver training and awareness-raising sessions to promote healthy relationships and prevent abuse
Requirements:
- Experience working with victims of domestic abuse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local services and resources
