Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a timely and effective response to every call received, gathering information regarding the victim/survivor and their circumstances.
  • Effectively manage referrals and queries from partner agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with our team to assess risk and provide tailored support plans for service users, utilizing a trauma-informed approach.
  • Empower clients to make informed choices, helping them to live a life free from abuse.
