About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Venue and Facilities Lead to join our team at Fever España. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence on potential venues to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive venue database, organized by various criteria.
  • Sourcing and securing venues for our Fever Originals experiences, focusing on authenticity and visual flair.
  • Manage facilities requirements for venues, including fire, police, and governmental permits.
  • Oversee venue-related issues across multiple large projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events, building relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in property or real estate negotiations, facilities management, or live event production management.
  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thrive in a team, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required, with flexibility to work across time zones.
