Venue & Buildings Manager
We are seeking a skilled Venue & Buildings Manager to join our team at Inspire Saint James Clerkenwell. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the effective stewardship and management of our Grade II* listed church building.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing historic buildings and be able to take ownership of the 'Crypt on the Green' room hire business and the building. You will work closely with our congregation and staff to ensure that the resources we have are best utilised to serve the church's mission and maintain a steady income for the church.
As a Venue & Buildings Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
- Coordinating events and room hires, ensuring that the building is used to its full potential
- Working with our congregation and staff to develop and implement strategies for the effective use of the building
- Managing budgets and finances related to the building and events
