Real Estate Senior Associate Opportunity

BCL Legal is assisting a highly respected national law firm in their search for a Real Estate Senior Associate to join their development team in Birmingham.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position with an excellent salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act on behalf of private developers, housebuilders, housing associations, and local authorities.
  • Work on diverse projects, including large-scale regeneration and development schemes across the UK.
  • Advise on disposals, promotion agreements, development agreements, joint ventures, and more.
  • Collaborate with top-tier lawyers in a Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised team.
  • 5+ years' PQE in real estate, with a focus on development or the built environment sector.
  • Experience working on public or private sector development projects, with a strong commercial focus.
