Real Estate Housing Senior Associate

Unique opportunity for an experienced Housing solicitor to join a Top tier firm with a global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal services for shared ownership sales, outright sales, and after-sales transactions for Housing Associations, developers, and other providers.
  • Assist with all parts of home ownership transactions, including new-build sales on outright and shared ownerships, set-ups, and after-sales transactions like Right to Buy/Right to Acquire, lease extensions, auctions, private sales, and related real estate work such as deeds of variation.

Requirements:

  • Good exposure to transactional real estate housing matters.
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
  • Agile/flexible working.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
