Senior Project Manager - Real Estate, FM & CAPEX

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage the quality and timeliness of projects across Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  3. Create and manage project budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize efficiency and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and manage external stakeholders to ensure project success, addressing concerns through the project lifecycle with effective relationship management.
  5. Develop a robust network of contractors and suppliers to support project delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Strong project management experience, with a deep understanding of project methodologies, tools, and techniques, particularly in Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
  2. Knowledge of property and CAPEX projects regulations, codes, and standards.
  3. Negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management experience.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with effective stakeholder management acumen.
  5. Understanding of the development cycle, including business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, handover, and project management.
  6. Ability to travel to sites across Southern England when required.
