Senior Project Manager - Real Estate and CAPEX

A leading infrastructure and utilities company is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their strategic procurement function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project management activities across Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX to deliver quality, value for money, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring continuous monitoring of project progress and adherence to project scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimations and tracking of expenses, to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on time.
  • Knowledge of property and CAPEX projects regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
