Senior Project Manager - Real Estate, FM & CAPEX

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team in the West Midlands region. As a key member of the strategic procurement function, you will be responsible for leading project management activities across Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX to deliver quality, value for money, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring continuous monitoring of project progress and adherence to project scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Manage the quality and timeliness of projects across Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
  • Create and manage project budgets, including cost estimations and tracking of expenses, to allocate resources effectively and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies, implementing measures to maintain high standards of work throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, suppliers, business owners, and authorities, to ensure project success.
  • Develop a robust network of contractors and suppliers to support project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management experience and understanding of methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience within Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
  • Knowledge of property and CAPEX projects regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective stakeholder management acumen, and contract management experience.
  • Understanding of the development cycle, including business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, handover, and project management.
