Project Manager - Real Estate and Estates

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Real Estate and Estates sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects that support the UK's net zero goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring projects comply with industry standards and company policies.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to travel to sites across Southern England when required. If you have a strong understanding of property and CAPEX projects regulations, codes, and standards, and are able to negotiate, manage risk, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management activities across Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX to deliver quality, value for money, and timely project completion.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimations and tracking of expenses.
  • Ensure projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop a robust network of contractors and suppliers to support project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management experience and an understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of property and CAPEX projects regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective stakeholder management acumen.
  • Ability to travel to sites across Southern England when required.
