We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Northreach. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger process from start to finish, ensuring smooth bank reconciliations, and navigating Xero software with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchase ledger process, including data entry and payment processing.
  • Handle staff expenses and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Utilize Xero software to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage currency and international transactions, ensuring compliance with UK VAT regulations.
  • Track budgets and work across various cost centres, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • AAT or ICB qualification (Level 2 or higher).
  • Proven experience with Xero and advanced Excel skills.
  • Detail-driven mindset and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and common sense.
