Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Spicerhaart. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for processing expenses and invoices in line with company policy and legislative requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process expenses and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Ensure compliance with company policy and legislative requirements
  3. Communicate with employees to enforce company policy
  4. Manage multiple mailboxes and supplier statements
  5. Reconcile invoices and supplier queries
  6. Use Excel spreadsheets for importing multi-site invoices
  7. Perform ad hoc duties as required

Key Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  1. Ability to work with minimal supervision
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Ability to interpret and apply company policy
  4. Good written and spoken communication skills
  5. Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines

Desirable:

  1. Working knowledge of Accounts Payable
