Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality HR and Employment Law advice to clients, focusing on areas such as disciplinary procedures, grievance management, absence management, redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their workplace culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through networking, events, and online marketing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and best practices, sharing knowledge with clients through training and policy updates.
- Be a flexible and proactive team player, willing to undertake administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in ER or HR consulting, with a strong understanding of Employment Law and complex Employee Relations casework.
- Commercial acumen and ability to understand clients' needs and provide practical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Ideal CIPD Level 5 minimum.
