About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our AI Transformation Programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex AI/Gen AI operational and transformation projects, including automation of processes and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of AI/Gen AI operational and transformation projects, including automation of complex processes and data analytics.
- Leverage skills in AI/Gen AI and data analytics to deliver AI transformation.
- Work with Executive Sponsors, Business Sponsors, Project Portfolio Manager, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage risks and propose mitigating plans to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and Business Sponsors to manage communications and change management with stakeholders across departments.
- Deliver complex projects, including major programmes of work, and demonstrate a proven track record of success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Utilize project management methodologies, such as MSP, PRINCE2, SDLC, and Agile, to ensure project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI/Gen AI and data analytics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering AI/Gen AI operational and transformation projects.
- Strong skills in AI/Gen AI and data analytics.
- Experience working with Executive Sponsors, Business Sponsors, Project Portfolio Manager, and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as MSP, PRINCE2, SDLC, and Agile.
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Sharepoint, and PowerBI.
