Berry Recruitment is actively seeking a Human Resources Consultant to become a vital member of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to a developing team, providing comprehensive support to the HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee all HR databases, ensuring that all information is precise and current.
  • Generate and analyze reports utilizing spreadsheet software.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to facilitate hiring processes.
  • Engage with Hiring Managers to address staffing needs at both the central office and various locations.
  • Ensure the completion of all onboarding documentation and relay necessary information to the payroll department.
  • Manage the HR communication inbox efficiently.
  • Assist in conducting formal meetings, including disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and flexible work requests.
  • Prepare HR documentation for meetings, including invitation and outcome letters.
  • Provide guidance to employees and Line Managers on HR-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Payroll to manage relevant employee data, such as absence records.
  • Contribute to the revision of company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
  • Offer support to Payroll as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a human resources setting is essential. Familiarity with the complete recruitment and selection process is required.

Working Hours: 38 hours per week, distributed over five days (Monday to Thursday from 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and a 4:00 PM finish on Fridays).
