Senior Employment Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are working with a top-tier law firm with a global presence and exceptional networks in the United States. The firm's highly regarded Employment team has an opportunity for a senior Employment lawyer who will specialize in corporate support, restructurings, and TUPE to support the firm's Private Equity, M&A, and RE teams. The firm is in a period of significant growth across its UK offices and is committed to the professional development of its fee-earners. They are seeking a senior associate or legal director who can play a strategic role and assist with growing the firm's profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert Employment law advice on corporate restructurings, commercial outsourcing, and other Employment-related matters.
  • Supporting the firm's Private Equity, M&A, and RE teams on Employment law issues.
  • Assisting with the growth and development of the firm's Employment practice.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years' PQE in a strong Employment practice.
  • Experience as an Employment law adviser in corporate restructurings, commercial outsourcing, and other Employment-related matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
