Their distinguished Employment team is in search of an experienced Employment Lawyer with a focus on high-profile Senior Executive matters.

The Opportunity

The Employment team is renowned for its expertise in representing both Employers and Senior Executives.

The team covers a comprehensive range of Employment issues, advising individual senior executives, partners, and employers in sectors such as financial services, sports, corporate, media, retail, education, visitor attractions, and charitable organizations.

This senior position will primarily involve advising senior executives in the aforementioned sectors, with potential involvement in advising their employer clients and safeguarding responsibilities within the education and sports sectors.

As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide guidance on the following:

  • Assisting senior executives and partners with transitions into new roles, addressing employment-related issues, and navigating exit strategies.
  • Advising senior executives and partners on employee relations processes, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
  • Supporting executives and partners facing allegations of breaches of loyalty, fiduciary responsibilities, or misuse of confidential information.
  • Managing Employment Tribunal litigation.
  • Overseeing larger projects, such as collective redundancy consultations.
  • Collaborating with the team’s Commercial and Corporate divisions regarding employment due diligence or TUPE regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualified Employment Lawyer with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record of advising Senior Executives at the highest levels.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
