Telesales Lead Generator Opportunity

We are a well-established Recruitment Agency based in Central Bristol, seeking a Telesales Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for sales and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to pick up new jobs and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through telesales, cold calling, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Support recruitment consultants by formatting CVs, writing job adverts, and managing job postings.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication between clients and candidates.
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong telesales or customer service experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Confidence in generating leads and building rapport with clients.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and provide valuable support to the recruitment consultants.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
