We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established nursing team at Pinfold Medical Practice. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assessment, treatment, and care to patients with minor illnesses and complex health needs.
- Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate, and refer patients to other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in education and training programs to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Registered General Nurse with evidence of further nurse training and qualifications relevant to the role.
- Minimum 1-year prescribing experience working in accordance with UKCC Code of Professional Conduct and The Scope of Professional Practice.
- Independent prescribing qualification (V300).
- At least 3 years of community nurse experience (District Nursing, Health Visiting, or Practice Nurse experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
