Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pinfold Medical Practice. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the education and training of other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse with evidence of further nurse training and qualifications relevant to the role.
  • Minimum 1-year prescribing experience working in accordance with UKCC Code of Professional Conduct and The Scope of Professional Practice.
  • Independent prescribing qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
