Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pinfold Medical Practice. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed, working within the scope of your practice.
  • Lead minor illness clinics and work collaboratively with the on-call GP to provide timely and effective care.
  • Develop and implement protocols and guidelines for patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-based medicine.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of community nursing experience.
  • Independent Prescriber V300 qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to assess and manage complex patient needs.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
