Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established nursing team at Pinfold Medical Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for running minor illness clinics and working alongside the On-call GP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, screening, and health education services to patients
  • Work with reference to practice agreed protocols and guidelines to provide treatments to patients
  • Lead the introduction and use of technical and specialist nursing treatments for patients with complex healthcare needs
  • Develop and implement programs to improve health and well-being and meet the specific needs of communities, groups, and individuals
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with evidence of further nurse training and qualifications relevant to the role
  • Minimum 1-year prescribing experience working in accordance with UKCC Code of Professional Conduct and The Scope of Profession Practice
  • Independent Prescriber V300 qualification
