About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Yard Operative to join our team at a recycling company based in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that materials arriving on site are processed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Working as part of a team under the supervision of the site manager
* Ensuring materials are processed safely and efficiently
* Working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Operating forklifts

Requirements

* Prior experience in a similar role such as production, factory, or warehouse
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work Saturdays if required

What We Offer

* Competitive salary of £25,038 per annum
* Overtime paid at £19.26 per hour after 40 hours worked per week
* Monday-Friday working hours
* 30 minutes paid break and 30 minutes unpaid break
* Free parking on site or accessible by bus routes Green and B
* Canteen on site
* Promote-from-within philosophy
