\tWorking a 40-hour week over 4 days and acting as a key point of customer contact.
\tArriving punctually and dressed in Shred-it uniform at the stated start time for your branch each day and clock-in.
\tChecking client allocation (routing) for the day's run of your assigned truck.
\tCompleting conscientious circle-check of assigned vehicle, using the circle checklist form.
\tCorrecting any minor items detected on the circle check and reporting more serious items to CSS.
\tObtaining all necessary documentation for the day's operations.
\tLeaving the yard a maximum of 20 minutes from clock in start time.
\tCarefully parking the truck in the designated area.
\tRecording the time of arrival on the handheld.
\tPolitely greeting the client contact and recording any changes of which they may advise you.
\tQuietly and conscientiously removing the customer confidential material from premises while adhering to company security and safety policies.
\tGiving and explaining the certificate of destruction to client.
\tRecording time shred was completed/material loaded on the truck.
\tUnloading or parking vehicle as per branch process.
\tAttending de-brief with CSS.
\tIf any changes to the locations or time-of-service are indicated, these should be carefully noted on the Driver's Information Sheet.
\tReturning the handheld and printer to docking station.
