Your primary focus will be on creating innovative sales materials, working closely with our Agency & Brand Direct Sales teams to understand brand objectives and develop targeted responses. You'll also be responsible for managing the strategic and creative process, ensuring proposals are delivered efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our VP Global Sales, Head of Agency Sales, and Head of Brands Direct to create a strategic sales approach for the fiscal year, highlighting areas of growth and opportunity. You'll also collaborate with market strategy leads to understand nuances of each market and develop multi-market responses to briefs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to drive revenue growth and maximize brand engagement
* Create innovative sales materials, including presentations and videos
* Work closely with Agency & Brand Direct Sales teams to understand brand objectives and develop targeted responses
* Manage the strategic and creative process, ensuring proposals are delivered efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with market strategy leads to understand nuances of each market and develop multi-market responses to briefs

**What You'll Need:**

* 6-8 years of experience working in sports media within a creative agency, media owner, or social platform
* Extensive understanding of the sports rights landscape, including rights IP usage and sponsorship restrictions
* Strategic leadership experience within the sports, media, social, and content verticals
* Confident presenting multi-platform content executions to budget holders and decision makers
* Proficient in the creative process, managing specialists to ideate and produce compelling content concepts
* Exceptional people management and communication skills
