Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff and students in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the teaching staff in the classroom, providing support to students with learning activities and special educational needs.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and engagement of all students.
  • Support the teacher in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a smooth learning experience for all students.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Additional SEN training or qualifications.
